The Leadership Team is a group of men appointed by the Pastor to serve alongside him in serving the Lord Jesus and His church at Kinney Avenue.  They are selected and continue on the basis of maintaining the Scriptural qualifications of service and leadership as stated in Scripture. {Acts 6:1-7; 1 Timothy 3:8-13 as applies to both the men and their wives.}

The Leadership Team carries the responsibility to help make decisions for the furtherance of the Gospel and the maintenance of the fellowship and its resources.  There is an acting chairman, assistant chairman/secretary and a treasurer.  This appointment is continuous at the will of the Pastor, the Church and the individual.
